Drove Hathor’s Results

With a success rate of over 70% for drilling, results include some of the highest grades of uranium ever reported for Basin mineralization at 84.20% u3o8 – higher than the best reported by Cameco for Cigar Lake & just short of world-record McArthur River grades.

Indicated resources of 6.58 million pounds of u3o8 plus inferred resources of 5.47 million pounds, open to extension at depth and in all directions, means Hathor is well on its way to defining what is likely a world-class u3o8 deposit.

“The mineralization represents a non-traditional, non-conductive target where no airborne EM anomalies are present - a new style of target for the Athabasca Basin. It signifies the need for exploration methodologies to evolve and utilize modern, cutting-edge techniques, such as reflection seismic to find structure – the key to these deposits.”
- Alistair McCready, Senior Project Geologist, Hathor Exploration

“The known uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin are small, extremely high grade bodies occurring at considerable depth. Finding an orebody is analogous to finding the ‘needle in the haystack’.  Without conducting a methodical, science-based pre-drilling program, as Hathor has done, the likelihood is that a company could spend its entire exploration budget on drilling and find nothing.”
– Stephen Stanley, CEO, Hathor Exploration
